Terms of Service

These terms cover your use of wicksnmorejamaica.com and any order you place with Wicksnmore Jamaica. By placing an order, you agree to them.

Orders

Placing an order through checkout is a request to purchase, not a confirmed sale. We'll email you a summary and follow up to confirm your order once payment is received and verified. Prices are listed in Jamaican dollars (JMD) and may change without notice; the price shown at checkout is what applies to your order.

Payment

We do not collect payment on the site itself. After checkout, you'll receive our banking details (bank transfer, CashApp, or Zelle) and are asked to upload proof of payment. Your order is confirmed once we've verified that payment. We do not accept cash on delivery (COD).

Availability

Each gift set is hand-composed, and availability can change between when you order and when we confirm. If an item you ordered is no longer available, we'll contact you to substitute an item of equal value or cancel that item from your order.

Delivery & pickup

We deliver islandwide. Local pickup is also available, but only in Portmore. Delivery timing and arrangements are confirmed directly with you after your order is placed, based on your delivery address.

Refunds

See our Refund Policy — all sales are final.

Accounts

If you create an account, you're responsible for keeping your password secure and for activity under your account. You can ask us to close your account at any time.

Content and intellectual property

Product photos, videos, and descriptions on this site belong to Wicksnmore Jamaica and may not be reused without our permission.

Limitation of liability

We aim to represent every gift set accurately, but small variations in packaging or included items may occur. Our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.

Changes

We may update these terms as our business grows. The current version always applies to new orders placed after it's posted.
