• Prepare, confirm, and deliver your order
• Contact you about your order status or payment
• Let you sign in and view your order history, if you created an account
• Improve our gift sets and service based on what people order

We do not sell your information to anyone.

Who we share it with

We use a small number of service providers to run the site, and your information passes through them only as needed to operate our store:

• Neon — hosts our database
• Neon Managed Better Auth — handles account sign-in
• Cloudflare R2 — stores product photos and videos, and your payment-proof uploads (kept private)
• Resend — sends order confirmation and notification emails
• Vercel — hosts the website itself

None of these providers use your information for their own purposes.

Payment

We do not process card payments or store banking details on our site. Payments are made directly by bank transfer, CashApp, or Zelle using the details we provide, and you upload proof of payment for us to confirm — that proof is stored privately and is only accessible to Wicksnmore Jamaica.

Cookies

We use a couple of small, essential cookies to keep you signed in if you create an account. They only hold your session — nothing about your browsing. We don't use tracking or advertising cookies.

Your choices

You can ask us to delete your account and order history at any time by emailing us at the address below. We'll keep records required for accounting or legal purposes for as long as the law requires.
